It appears that you can possibly find them before they're unlocked... so it may still be worth posting their locations. At the very least a few of the better shops just to test this theory.
I found the street-level parts shop w/o it being revealed to me thru the story-line... or maybe everyone does? :P Not sure but worth a shot, IMO.
