The only bonus mission I've found is by going to the police station (south area of Saints Row District, you visit it during the Samedi mission track). Enter the Detective Department on the 2nd or 3rd floor (floor below the roof access), and listen to the 3 wire-taps (they're just a little link between SR1 and SR2, explaining a little more about Dex's move to Ultor and Julius' contact with Troy before, and after the conclusion of SR1). Then head into Troy's Office and read his file on Julius. Doing this, will add Dex's phone number to your phonebook, just call him up and then head to the Saints Row Church to start the mission.
