Peoples i have a little problem with the skull were there is a normal wraith and an anti air wraith and you cant get the skull if you kill em and i got on top of the thingy were the skull is and it was'nt there and i didnt even kill em and it wont show up and the same thing happend on the level cortana the skull was'nt were its ment to be i check several times were it is i've seen pictures and every i go there and its not there NEED HELP!!

I had trouble with that one too, I got killed so many times.

What I did though was run around until I got the regular wraith's attention, after all of the ghosts were dead, and got it to blast close enough to me so that I could jump and let the blast carry me up onto the structure. It took many many deaths, I actually died right after grabbing the skull, but it is possible.

Get a friend so you can jump on his head. Just rush it as soon as you get to that part...it worked for me. Took about 3 tries.

i think he's saying that the skull didn't appear, is it on normal or higher, the skull won't appear on easy, and if you're stuck for getting up there, on the go no co-op an dhave 1 player in the warthog, make him drive full speed at the wall on the AA wraith side of the building and keep holding forwar, then you jump on the fornt of thehog and onto the building...
