I have a dodrio lev.36 he is weak according to my other pokemons so i wanna replace it by a pokemon who can learn fly but still more powerfull than dodrio?any suggestions

Or catch a dratini(-->dragonair-->dragonite) .It is one of the best pokemons

I personally like Zapdos the best with Dragonite as a close second.
Currently lost, I make my way through life somehow without being in complete despair. Mostly alone due to timidity and fear, I wait for someone to clear the fog and break the shell hidden within.
