Narina Carvain is countess of Bruma. I noticed that she has a lot of Akaviri artifacts in her throne room. hmm...she gives you 3 quests... ''Lifting the Vale'' where you need to find Draconian Madstone, then ''The Defense of Bruma'' of course and last one is not a real quest b cause you have to buy a house in Bruma.
