i think you half to push and hold X tell it comes on but it only works at night i think

i don't think you can turn it on. in all the games the choppers have never been able to have the player turn the light on i've pressed every button and nothing did it. probably just scripted for the cops.

GTA SA the police chopper u could turn on by holding down the left stick.
