They won't be. They're just like the ones in Saint's Row. You simply pull out your in game phone and put in those phone numbers and wham, you got the cheat activated.

not every cheat blocks an achievement...a user in an other board had tested them through..here are the results for everyone who wants to get the achievements first:

Finish Him Reward: 15 Points Objective: Complete ten melee counters in four minutes.
One Man Army Reward: 40 Points Objective: Survive five minutes on a six star wanted level.
Walk Free Reward: 50 Points Objective: Lose a four star wanted rating by outrunning the cops.
Cleaned the Mean Streets Reward: 20 Points Objective: Capture twenty criminals through the police computer.

oh wow if thats true than i'm really happy.
i love how the wanted level down kills achievements but raising it does nothing lol.
now i just hope that we can have more than one save file. one for cheats and one w/o.
