I've got the boxed version already, as have many others here. It's been released early by a number of outlets so yes, it is out mate.

just a quick shout out to those interested in saving your ACHIEVEMENTS lol personally i don't give a flying **** about them, i get a game to enjoy not to mention when i do get it for the pc (altho i got it for the 360 to) i would want to mod it also and in a lot of mods the best way to play is with cheats etc as it really opens up the possibilities, but to the point at hand simply make a second live profile use one for cheating on aka recreational account and a pro account for all your 'be-loved' ACHIEVEMENTS and your then sorted hope hat helps.

OK, let me rephrase that.

The game is not out OFFICIALLY. Those stores are selling them before the date set by Rockstar.

quick question on the cheating disables achievements thing. and i have a feeling this might not be answered till after Tuesday.

obviously it disables them, but does it totally disable them from the game or just the save file.

because i would love to play through the game legit, get the achievements and then cheat my second time around to have more fun. but i don't want it to disable all achievements i didn't get such as MP ones.

anyone got any idea?

well with saints row once you cheated one time on that save, you had to make another save to get them.so im geussing that thats how they will do it in this game.i hope they have good cheats and lots of them or it wouldnt be GTA well atlest no for me.

i'm sure they will. i hope it's like that too because i don't want to use a cheat once and then never be able to get my achievements ever.

You still can make a new account only for cheating and your normal account for the achievements.

yea thats actually a good idea. i have like 5 friends accounts on my xbox since everyone wanted to make their own account when they came over lol. i'll just use one of theirs.

Glad to see the cheats are out though. pretty decent ones. though i'm wondering how hard it'll be to enter them.
