So, has anyone tried to log in and play online with the trainer obtained 'Elite' Rank? Does it Work? Or does Ubisoft still block it?

Here's the readme on the options:

Numpad 1: Unlimited Life
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 3: Unlimited Grenades
Numpad 4: Max Experience/ACES Points
Numpad 5: Enemy Confusion
Numpad 6: One Hit Kills
Numpad 7: Team Damage Control
Numpad 8: Convert Enemy
Numpad /: Accuracy
Numpad *: No Recoil
Numpad +: Save Position
Numpad -: Teleport
Numpad 9: Grenade Control


Notes
------

For Max Experience Points, you must activate the option then kill someone. Then deactivate
the option after you see you have 49999 points. Your next kill will give you the maximum
rank and points you can achieve in the game. Also, this will give you the maximum points
needed to complete the ACES rankings. You can hit ESC during the game to see that the
points have been added.

For Enemy Confusion, the enemies will ignore you and your team. This seems to affect the
Rainbow Six team members too. We may find a way to correct this in a future trainer version.

For Convert Enemy, you must activate this from a distance on enemies that have not seen you
or shot at you already, otherwise they may still fire upon you, even though they are displayed
as friendly! Another option, is to activate through walls. For instance, if you are outside
of a door and there are multiple enemy on other side, move the aiming reticle around and
repeatedly activate this option while pointing at the door and the room, etc. before entering
and you will find that the enemies have converted.

For Grenade Control, activate the option and then place your grenades. They will have an
initial placement explosion, but you will notice that an inner layer grenade remains which
will explode again when you de-activate the option. You can place up to three grenades before
deactivating. More than three grenades seems to crash the game.
