Anyways, got a big history test tomorrow. Augh. Oh, and do any of you folks watch "The Biggest Loser"?
It may sound dumb, but I think it's really inspirational. I've actually cried once because the situation was so emotional...
Many people do not know this but many years ago I lost 55 Kgs(121 Pounds) in about an one year period. I did it all by myself, no help, no personal trainers, no support, now that is more then most people on that show lose. I find that show insulting, but that is just me. I think it sends the wrong message to others who want to lose weight. By the way I am now 65 KGs and muscular.
We don't have that show here and I've never watched so I can't really comment on it.
Were you a teenager when you lost the weight? It's usually easier for teenagers to lose weight. As you get older your activity levels decrease therefore so does muscle (turns into body fat).
The most random ppl add me on MSN... aparently its a CHU member... just well keeps saying " u added me" when i didnt...thats all he/she is saying
