I've been meaning to ask you, how does the Corvette Z06 do in grip?

Rubbish. It can't grip - it's an American car. All American cars suck when it comes to corners.

    My new car list:

    Grip: Pagani Zonda F
    Drag: Shelby GT500
    Drift: Mazda RX-7
    Speed: Lamborghini Murcielago/Audi RS4 (backup)

it does quite well actually... handling ain't that good as the Porsche 911 but still a worthy opponent in the right hands... i've heard that the more G's ur car produces, the better it'll handle... is that true 🤔

    Chingy42007,

Dun mean to be rude here but i think it all comes down to personal preferences... American muscle cars be worthy opponents if driven properly, even in those tight corners...

I know, but all the muscle cars handle the same. I suppose the ZO6 isn't THAT bad, but the rest for me cannot compare to the likes of the M3, Zonda and Elise.

    RebelCommander,
G's are calculated by driving a car around a 300 foot diameter skid pad and using a G-meter to see how much lateral grip a car has. One G is the force of Earth's gravity, most supercars get around or more than 0.9 G's while track cars like the Noble M12 can get over 1 G. When you want to see how much grip a car has in the corners, the more G's the better.

    Chingy42007,
As fas as American cars go, the Corvette Z06 is excellent. The Viper is much worse as far as handling goes. Of course it isn't as good as the European cars but it's amazing considering it's American. I used the Z06 in Carbon and it tore apart the competition and made Porsche Carrera GTs and Lamborghini Murcielagos look slow compared to the Corvette's explosive acceleration. Even in real life, the C6-R dominates it's racing class against Aston Martin DBR9's and Porsche GT3 RSR's.
