I don't know about a collectors edition of ProStreet but I'm pretty sure the cheat UNLOCKALLTHINGS gives you 5 bonus cars: 1 - Acura NSX 2 - Acura Integra (Non Type-R) 3 - Lexus IS350 (Current model) 4 - Audi RS6
Well, looks like I forgot what the other one is
Anyways, I thing leipzig gives you the cars that you win from those race days where you get to choose from two cars. I'm not totally sure since I entered all the cheats at once but I know that one of those cheats gave me the Cobalt Drag car, the GTO drift car, the Viper speed car, and even my original 240SX since I sold it. I usually just sell all the cars that these cheats give me since I prefer using my own cars plus money is more useful.

I think he means the cheat "COLLECTORSED&" which doesn't work for me.

From what I've heard, that cheat gives you the five bonus cars and a couple extra races. UNLOCKALLTHINGS gives you the cars anyways. All you'll miss are the extra races which probably aren't that important since the racing gets kinda boring after a while.
