Do you think it could be from the trainer?
When I first installed the game,I used a trainer that doesnt allow
totaling or damaging your car.But I uninstaled the game and erased the trainer.I deleted all the files that remained.Maybe somehow it remained...

Hei I try this game just once and I don't like driving the first car in career mode. Somehow I feel it just not responsive enough. Do all cars in this game feel the same like the first one in career mode.

    I have a biiig problem.When I total or crash my car,they remain the same.No damage.Not even a scratch.Any hints?

Go to the main menu and check your Video Options. There you can configure damage, car detail, smaoke effects, lighting etc. Check to see if your damage is off.

If it's on, then quit the trainer. It might have an option i.e. never get damaged, or something.

That's a surprise - I thought there'd be tons of lag on a 256MB graphics card, when the game demands almost more than 256MB itself.

The 240 is real fast the first race in career, but after that its slow. When you're accustomed to driving the level 3 cars you find the 1 and 2 cars slow and boring, but short of having a trainer or saved game you're stuck with a slow ride until you unlock better cars and have enough money to buy one and apply performance. Your key to success with a slow car is to have level 3 or 4 nitro. The nitro will make up for the lack of power and speed, but don't use up your nitro in the first or 2nd lap. 3 nitro bottles is a bottle for each of the 3 laps.
