Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Raw Materials- sets to 100000
Numpad 2: Wealth- sets to 100000
Numpad 3: Technology Points- sets to 100000
Numpad 4: Population- sets to 0

Is it possible to add health to the trainer since the god mode dosent work in world domination for some reason.

Nice, though in what appears to become a quite common practice there's already a 1.1 patch available.

ftp.sierra.com/pub/sierra/empireearth3/updates/
(Unsure what it fixes but it's around 380MB.)

Hi!
Trainer works great.
I was woundering if its possible to add options to the trainer.
When playing in the world domination game type, it would be nice to maby cheat the resources on the "world" screen.
Not a biggi but it would be nice.

There by saving the life of his or her fellow soldiers.

A unmotivated solder, will cover the grenade with one of his or her fellow soldier.
Thereby saving his or her own life.

So at all times keep your soldiers motivated.

World level resource cheats would be good indeed.
