if a three sided pyramid has a base length of 4 and a height of 8 what is the area?

you need to give more information than that on triangular pyriamid

A=3(1/2(bh))+bh

A=3(1/2(4x8))+(4x8)
A=3(1/2(32))+32
A=3(16)+32
A=48+32
A=80

I think it's 96.

A=H*L divided by 2
A=4*8 divided by 2
A=16
answer is 16
