ahhh yes umm...... could you tell me where i might find the pokemon no. 135 in the sinnoh dex its befor the pokemon finneon and befor tentacool.

hey yoshi man its lumineon and finneon evolves into it at lvl 31 also when swimming to the pokemon league a swimmer has one so battle all the swimmers and ull see him. Glad I could help!
