It's optional, but if you want to predict who will win for each tournament, you can. You have to sign up for Bracketmaker, though, before you can predict. You don't have to; it's just for fun.

Division I - 1st-13th
Division II - 1st-11th
Division III - 1st-9th
Division IV - 1st-7th
Division V - 1st-5th
Division VI - 1st-3rd

CHUUL Best of the Rest contains...
Division I - 14th-16th
Division II - 12th-16th
Division III - 10th-16th
Division IV - 8th-16th
