Pls help...cant use Alt+Tab or Ctrl+Esc ....when i try do it in game, nothing happens...any ideas???

Have you tried ALT+ENTER? There may also be an option in the game setting to run the game in WINDOWED MODE which would allow easy alt+tab.

you have to disable full view and run in windowed then alt tab, run the trainer and enable back full size play and enable cheats :}

I don't know if what I am about to say is true for the other users of this trainer, but for me, the Unlimited Ammo option does not effect the Grenade Launcher upgrade you can get as an Engineer.
