Your fc is short for your friend code. You can find it when you open up your pal pad, then click on "My Friend Code".

it said exactly To obtain your Friend Code, please log on the Nintendo WFC.
i did it but i didnt get my code

Hmm, well to get my friend code, I opened my Pal Pad (in my Key Items slot of my Bag) and then I clicked on "My Friend Code", and it showed me my friend code.

You register other people's fc's in your pal pad by manually entering the code, then you log onto Wi-Fi when that person is also on. Then you ask them to battle, and choose your rules (ex: Single Battle, Under Lv. 30). Then you, well, battle!

in the pal pad there r 3 choices,
check friend roster
tegister friend code
collins code. when i clicked collins code, it said what it said in my previous post

Did you log on through the GTS or a center?
