It was easy to figure out actually. Cool the chompers down and grab onto their tail when ur pretty close to the big pond of water. Continue to hold onto their tail(chain). Pull backwards as far as u can go and let go. Make sure it gets into the pond though. Then ur done!

Actually, lordbowser WAS right. You get over 30 shine sprites to get the rocket nozzle
