I would...well...say goodbye to everyone, donate all my possessions to someone who needs them, and apologize to people I've hurt. I'd also sell the remaining possessions and donate the money to a charity organization. Then spend the rest of my time thanking the people who have had the biggest influence on me. Then tackle dstates in the supermarket.

Say one last prayer asking God to accept me into the Kingdom of Heaven, then simply just continue to live my life...when it happens, it happens. I wouldn't freak out like most people would, death doesn't scare me...like darkish said I'd pray a lot...
