What Is With the Healing Points thing? If it is god mode or something it doesn't work.

Do you own "face of war version 1.0.4"? If not then trainer won't work. If anything else works except health cheat then probably something is wrong with trainer.

His point was, it's not a god mode cheat. It doesn't make units invincible.
However,the cheat is grouped with unlimited grenades, so I'd guess it make all consumable inventory items like grenades and medikits to never go away.
The trainer itself sucks though, and leads to errors. It might just be easier to mod the weapons to take no ammo, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.
