ne one done the side quest called "the coming storm" in shivering isles ?

I am stuck with this quest. Had to retrive 3 items. Done with two. (ring and the pants)

Have located the urn contaning the 3rd one, but the urn is "frozen shut".

If neone knows how ot open the urn, plz let me know. 🤔

for xbox, i think it is available only as a download/marketplace. But not sure.

If you are considering getting it, read on....

There was a serious bug identified recently for the PC version of SI. The bug renders the game un-playable after about 30 hrs of gameplay. The items and NPCs will start disappearing, essentially destroying ur charectar. The patch has been released for the PC.

For xbox, the bethesda folks aren't sure if there is a chance of the bug hitting or not. They havent received official complaints, but there are rumors in the cyber space..

can we stay on topic and here is the answer to your question.
After going through the ruin, you find a room with a chest that is frozen shut, and a Ritual Torch that says it "can be held by any but owned by none" when you try to pick it up. If you press the left bumper button on your 360 controller, it allows you to grab the torch, without bringing it into your inventory.Once you have done this, you can light all three of the podiums, and access the chest.
