i could help i know every thing well mabya few things i dont know buy i know how to get detoxys and jichari with out stuffing up ya game or using game shark or game genie

beat 100 trainers in battle tower lvl 100 and then the lady will give u a golden sheild trade it in at the space center on moss deef and you will be able to get detoxys or jichari(jichari not confirmed
