If he doesn't give you a bike talk to the other. You get a choice of an Acro bike which bunny hops and goes over rails, or a Mach bike which is used to go over cracks and sand slides scattered around Hoenn. Hope I helped!

Well, once you went to Pacifologe town (an island) you go in the currents to get to a Regi opening place. You dive, then you go down and get to a braile thingy. It says "Use dive here" then you'lle get to a cavern with lots of braile stones stickin' up from the ground. Ignore them and go to the front of the cavern. You use dig and it opens. Then its the same thing. You go to the front to another braile thing. You need a Whale lord and a Relicanth for this. Put relie (Relicanth) in the front and the Big whale last. I think you go into the corner of the braile and click A. The cavern should start rumbling and there should be 3 clicks. then it says, "It sounded like something opened far away" Then the regi caves are open and you can catch them. (Regice, Registeel, and Regirock) Do you remember what the people in Pacifolouge town said? Three dots and (SOMETHING????) The three pokemon of elements or something? That is the regi's. I used relicanth against Regirock and vulpix or ninetails against Registeel and Regice. (Relicanth yawn and when its asleep, use water attacks) they all deal super effective damage. But don't let em faint. They learn lock on and ZAPCANNON (100 dmg, always paralyzez but only has 50 accuracy, Lockon when you use it makes next move next turn hit always unless opponent uses fly, dig, or dive!)!!!!!
