Can anybody help me about the monk just after the first one with three lights (the one outside)

Mate go back to the stairs and kill all Monk's helpers than kill Monk with RMC.Cheers!

If you meen the monk inside the room his on the stairs
and 3 huge lights around him on the top, so what you have to
do first shoot out all 3 lights and then shoot the monk, you
gonna have les then a minute every time that you shoot the
lights because the monk gonna put them back on every time!!!
And the most important thing always shoot with the manna!!!
