Well heres one... stay off the damn cracks in the floor... I learned that the hard way. So its best if you just go right up to cerebus, and confront him with brute force, or play online and get someone to give ye a hand

I used your advice and it helped. You definately have a hard time fighting him in his room with the poison cracks. I discovered that you can get him out of his poison room though. First, load up with about 5-6 scrolls of Sky's Rage then, when you get to Cerebus's gate, draw him out into the anteroom-you can get him outside the gate if you are careful and "dance" back and forth at the gate until he comes out; then use a scroll, hack & slash a bit then run back up the stairs until the scroll can be used again, then run back down the stairs and repeat. Don't get greedy and stay too long or Cerebus will get you. It took me about 5 scrolls to get him. When you get Cerebus outside his "poison cracks" room he is more vulnerable. When hit by the scroll of Sky's Rage he is stunned and hides behind one of the posts in the room where you can wail on him for awhile. If you quit or even go somewhere to get more scrolls, all the damage you have already done to him is healed and you must start over. This is why I recommend that you take at least 5-6 scrolls. Also, I am a level 39 Conqueror with my resistances up. Good luck to all. Let me know if this helped.
