i'm doing the second mission of the dark brother hood i need 2 drop a head of a bull on the head of the target so that it looks like a accident but when it says activite the bull or shomting like that it wont work is there something im doing wrong ( its focking annoying me )

first, sneak into the house when nobodies home, go up to the second story and into the servant bedroom, you'll find a wall panel that leads to a crawl space, get in that space and wait until the time you were given when your target is home (you must do this earlier in the day so your not "trespassing" you can speed wait while doing so)

After waiting to the given time (I think its around 8pm) quietly sneak out of the crawl space and see if hes sitting in the chair under the animal head (first story, by the fireplace), if he isn't, just wait an hour or two and check again.

If he is in the chair, sneak back into the crawl space and remove the bolts that fasten the head to the wall, after you've done that the head will fall, landing on him, resulting in his death, sneak out without the manservant seeing you and you've finished the mission.


thats how I remember doing it on my witch-hunter (thats a bowman/caster) character, although the details may be a bit fuzzy thats the general idea of the quest.

if you do what insomniac said and the bolts won't unfassen(which is what you were asking right?) then it may be a glitch and you should try loading your last save(not autosave). you can try cleaning the disk to

one thing that happened to me is that i unfassened the bolts and all...and it fell...but it didnt hit him, yes he was sitting in his chair, i looked before and after it fell, and it took me about a dozen tries till it finally hit him.

The hardest part i found in that mission was getting back out the house without gromm... or....grom seeing me, but i jst jumped over the bannister and got away lol
