ok i need rathian claw then , but what doed tactical blade look like then? it cost more to make so maybe it looks different?

It looks pretty much the same only better and takes rarer materials.

does the appereance change if i upgrade it to the lacerator blade+ or the weapon after that? and how do you get alot of rathian spikes i need 10

keep attacking its face in the quest until it breaks and you should get them in the reward

i can make the upper battleaxe now, but some say it is very dumb to do it, any1 know if i should make the upper one or keep the normal?

Make the upper. The reason to upgrade is because its better.
