I went to the gym where Misty is the leader and she not there what I did was I got the part for the power plant and when I came back to take on Misty she still was'nt there where is she I only need her bage to have all 16

you have to go over nugget bridge to the north and then to the east to the ponds and shes around there, she gets annoyed because you interrupt her and her man friend so she goes to the gym and waits for you to challenge her

yep. Find the missing part of generator(Power Plant) into Cerulean gym,it is in the small swimming pool and then find Misty in Route25.Talk to her and then go to gym.
