BUT HOW DO U FLIPPIN GET THE TAZER??? i mean i need to get the workbench but how do i get that?!!!!!

When you go to the workbench...it tells you what you need in order to craft a taser. Once you go to a store and buy those items...you return to the work bench and get the taser.
As far as the Nightbeast goes "Annie Howell"...you just walk up to her in the Salon and taser her. She will get anger and she herself as the Nightbeast...you will then have completed your goal..You will have to buy her Anger Management classes as well. Whoot lol.
