on pokemon crystal... there is a snorelax its blocking the darn way! i understand u need to fix the power plant. then u get a expm or summin card witch alows u to listen to radio stations in jhoto

Go to Lavender town (Kanto) and talk to the manager who is in the radio tower. He will give you EXPN card. Then go next to Snorlax and tune your radio to pokeflute music. Hope i helped.
