do you really need to be a certain level to do cetrain quests like the quest you get in the shrine o

We currently don't have any Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Sheogorath-2
Namira-5
Vaermina-5
Sanguine-8
Nocturnal-10
Meridia-10
Peryite-10
Malacath-10
Melphala-15
Hircine-17
Molag Bal-17
Clavicus Vile-20
Boethia-20
Hermaeus-20 plus you need to complete all the other quest

that, plus i'd think so if it says level 2 or level 10 required, or any other level requirement

thanks for that list and can you help me with one of those shrines, can you tell me where i can get a black soul gem, i already did the eye of nocturnal one
