Just train it to gain levels.I really can't rememeber what level evolves(i think it evolves 35-45 level).Hope i helped.

I really can't remember...but I think you can evolve it with a moonstone. If you can't...then maybe I'm just crazy. But if you can't evolve it with a moonstone...this other website says that you're saposed to make it super happy...I don't know. Give it hair cuts...proteins...iron...etc. etc. until it's stats can't go up anymore. Hope that helps some.
