i want to buy my own shop... ok well some1 told me i gotta get the (shop owner) to follow me outa town n i gotta kill him... well i go to get him to follow me.. but he dont follow me so what do i do to make him follow me? (or is there another way to get the shop?)

you could just kill him but you will get the guards after you if u do it in town
