    You can only get a shadow Lugia if u have the game: Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness for Gamecube. If u get shadow Lugia there, u can trade it to pokemon Ruby, Sapffire, or Emeraldd
    Do you know how hard it is to type on a PSP?

    you guys are all idiots. you have to purify lugia in whic case it wouldnt be black. secondly, shiny lugias are red. im not a nerd, i just know stuff

    A shiny Lugia is not Purple A shiny Lugia is where the places on Lugia's body is normally blue or the big spot on its body is now pinkish-red. If it is pruple, It is a shadow Lugia which is only found if Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness: Which you must purify before trading

    Continuing what Gogeta said, therefore you can't get a Shadow Lugia into Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.
