Play a round of "BumperCarts" (dosnt matter what course) ,Gladys and the Exterminator can't be in the round,this is very rare.But if so,Pause the game and press Triangle Circle Square X Triangle X

Sry, u also need to hold down L1 and R1.and once you've done it exit and change characters and youll be either Gladys or the Exterminator.
