You Can Do This After Getting Out Of the Sewers But I Recommend Having The Umbra Sword Before You Do Ok Go To The Shrine Of Nocturnal She Will Tell You About Some Theifs That Stole Her Eye And They Are In Layawin Go To Layawin And Talk To The First Guard You Come To And Ask About Layawin And He Will Tell Ya About The Theifs Ok Go To Their House It Is Marked On Your Map By Now And Talk To Them Both About The Eye Of Nacturnal They Will Deny Any Such Thing Ok Go Out Side and Come Back In Under Your Sneak Mode And Stay Right By The Door As You Come In They Will start Talking And Revile Its Location Go To The Cave Its Marked On Your Map Ok Save Before You Go In Your Sneak Should Be At 100 If You Did The Sewer Trick I Posted Ok Go In And Wait As Soon As You Go In You Will See A Troll He Will Go Down The Tunnel To Your Right Give Him A Moment To Do So Ok Now Just Sneak Your Way Down The Tunnel And Make A Left Walk Strait Untill You Cant No More And Make A Left Again You Will See A Sunking Part Of The Cave Go Under The Water And Their Is A Cheast And By It Is The Eye Of Nacturnal Make Your Way Back Out And Take It Back To The Shrine Of Nacturnal And You Will Get The Skeleton Key As A Reward It Is The Only Lock Pick You Will Ever Need As It Brings Your Security Up As Soon As Its In Your Invatory And It Never Breaks Have Funn !!!!

You could turn the difficulty settings down, but i suppose that will constute to cheating...
