i am working on overlord updated trainer and also stalker update soon and so this one may be a day or two in coming but i have worked out:

2 billion in cash
1 turn research
max population
max resources
increased planet size (at least to hold pop and resources)
turn planet into perfectly habitable (once colonized)
reset current turns count to 1

maybe some other stuff by then. having that much cash and 1 turns research makes you sort of a god anyways.

i couldn't really get into the combat portion very much. kind wasn't intuitive. maybe some things i can do there, too-
