hokay! im really just so terrible at pokemon and i must have spent my life looking at other posts so i know how to actually play this game. but anyways. i have the rainbow wing and i was in tin tower and just walking aorund like the thousand jumps in there and i dont know what to do because ho ho never comes up..so what do i do just..keep walking around? and second of all...those islands..what pokemon is in there and do i just walk around to find it for that also?

You have to reach the top of the tower.Keep trying.It is not so difficult,but it needs patience.In these islands (if you mean whirl island) lives Lugia. You can see it when you have silver wing(you will find it in Pewter City, Kanto
