Well im guessing you saved inside Mankors "Paradise." Well youre going to have to either fight fire with fire or take a couple swings and retreat to safety so that he fire magic and you can dodge them. Also if you kill him, make sure to loot his body he has a robe that is very rare. I dont know of how much help I can be in this situation but I hope my advice was helpful.
