On some copies of the game the Underykte matron is visible and looks like a big troll. There is a quest for this and it starts when you read the diary in the camp. Anyway you get a cool frostbow too when you kill it.

unless they patched itm it is an unofficial quest, meaning that it isn't really a quest

well, i got it when it was still rated teen(woohoo!! first day too) and it wasnt a quest for me, the uderfrykte matron was invisible on my copy

When I read the diary in the camp it began the quest and the Underykte matron was visible in my copy. I also realised that it was 100% resistant to frost and 100% weak to fire.
