I want to made my sims not become elder sims. I dont want them to become old?
And how to make sims fall in love easier and faster?

Well mosey, to make sims fall in love faster you can buy a love potion from the gypsy matchmaker

And where is this gypsy matchmake of which you speak of?

u have 2 have nightlife for the matchmaker and she would be under service on the telephone

If you want to stop the aging process click control+shift+c and a box will appear at the top of the screen.

Enter this into the box:

'turnaging off'

and if you wish for them to grow again do the same thing and write 'turn aging on'

However this code affects the whole household, not just one or two sims.

If you want to stop the whole family aging hold Control, Shift & C and release. When the console appears type: "turnaging off".

If you want to stop specific sim's from aging use the Elixir of Life, use while in platinum for best results.
