Both of my sims have the romance aspiration, so a lot of their aspirations are the same. Right now the both want to public woohoo, but i can't figure out how. How does this work?
Genius may have its limitations, but stupidity is not thus handicapped.

a public woohoo is when your sims woohoo in a changing booth in a clothes store.

yeah and all you have to do to make them public woohoo is have one sim try on clothes and when that sim is in there you can tell another sim to woohoo

Have both sims go to a clothing store and have one try on clothes. While that sim is in the dressing room, select the other one and click on the dressing room. Woohoo or something similar should be an option.
If you have expansion packs, your sims can also woohoo in public in a photo booth or in a public hot tub.
