go to safair zone place and surf down and go left to seafoam islands.then wonder around looking for 4 rocks.Push these rocks so that two of them stop the current and then go up and fight.

every body listen: i complete my pokedex in ruby and i need jarichi without cheats and AR codes and the other cheating devive
u can help me in emerald or fire red but i just complete my pokedex in ruby but i beat the elite four in emerald and firered and my first question where is jarichi without cheats or events

u cant unless you trade. u must trade from emerald, and to get jirachi in emerald u must get all the stars on ur trainer card(fill pokedex, beat elite four, beat battle frontier, beat master rank contest, and there may be another one), and then in mossdeep city u have to go to the space station and talk to the guy looking out the window and he will tell u that there was just a successful launch and what number it was, and then when he says 100, he will ask if you want to go to the moon and say yes and you will go to the moon and battle a level 5 jirachi. it is really easy to catch

i didnt do it yet, but i have a friend who did. right now i am not focusing on emerald, though, so it may not happen soon
