We currently don't have any Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

I want to get in the Mages Guild but whenever I talk to someone he tells me to seek out the head of the local guild halls. I can't find this place but it is in the Arcane University, near the Imperial city. 🤔 🤔

In every major city on the map there is a guild hall where you need a recommendation from each guild head that leads the guild in that city to get into the Arcane University.
Edit: Sorry, misread you question go to any major city and seek out these people. Carahil in Anvil, Kud-Ei in Bravil, Jeanna Frasoric in Bruma, Falcar in Cheydinhal, Teekeeus in Chorrol, Dagil in Leyawiin, or Adrienne Berene in Skingard.
