    what windows version do you have? or is this problem solved?
    Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

    Had the same problem. If you're useing Windows Media Center with remote control on your computer, unplug the remote control sensor, it's not compatable. [found this on the internet].
