actually i think that timeless river became its own world once the timeless river was transformed into disney castle. I mean, you dont see disney's castle in black and white. The world musta been split or something to make them seprate.

The timeless river was there before the castle was ever built and it says in the game that they came just before they were about to build the castle so that's why it wasn't there so that means it was the past before disneyt castle was built. And what I'm saying is that somehow sora finds a door in a world thats is where the keybalde was made, and that door travels back through time of that world to the keyblade war.

I guess there are/were millions of keyblades all over the world. And as long as the keyblades arent used they go to that place. see, now that riku sora and the king live in peace (for a while) their keyblades go to that place. in the ansem report it says the wielder could bring peace or chaos. maybe for every good kb wielder there is an evil sort of twin too. this would explain the three guys. they're the evil counterparts of riku sora and the king. and now they kinda steal the keyblades of the three. about the war, sry i dont know... maybe the good wielders have to beat their evil counterparts for good now.

it may not be sora riku and kairi (though that would make one heck of a game) but considering that the Kingdom key looked old and warped it was probably a future event. this could also mean that Kh3 may not be made with Disney (bcz Donald Goofy and Micky would probably be dead or old). oh yeah the definition of chasers is one who works with iron and metal casts like for instance, KEYS!!!

Maybe the characters in armor are not sora riku and kairi but the game it self could contain them but in a different way. like they could be used in the past for a tutorial. however the game could still focus around the armored people. sora micky riku kairi donald and goofy could be trying to prevent the war however they fail and a keyblade war begins on a wolrd viod of any disney characters while the armored people fight the war. sora micky and riku will lose their keyblades and the entire war will be fought by three parties. keyblade masters vs. chasers vs. third dark party or maybe the chasers are the dark party.

My so many wild theories.

Yeah and all we can do is guess blindly...
Maybe like in Deep Dive a lot of things are different in the end, Remember roxas giving riku the keyblade? that never happened...

I think its great that we can come up with so many wild theories lie this. I still think it would be better though if we could just keep to finding out little things that have to do with the movie then we can easily find out what the next game will be about. Like i am not sure yet but i think the setting is at Hollow Bastion... not exactly the castle but more like where you fought the 1,000 heartless. Probally not when you really think about it but atleast its a start.
