How do you get the cheats to work on the game? I know this may be a stupid question, but I won't know until I ask.
thanks

Which ones? The trainer or the mods? Instructions are included with both by the way, but will be happy to go into greater detail if needed. The mods are a little more difficult as you will need to know a little bit about how to navigate Windows and directory structure, etc to make sure you get them in the right place, but the trainer is pretty straight forward.

I was actually looking at the rebel and the empire codes. I don't know how to navigate well, so help would be great. As for the trainer, is it nice? I have found the game to be a bit difficult so far as I haven't played a PC game since Civilization 2. (Which was awesome) I think I'm going to need all the cheats I can get my hands on to get through this game.
Thanks

I thought there were actual codes for the game, where you press Enter then type them in? I know I saw them somewhere...

The money trainer works for me. I just don't see any change with the mods.
I followed the instructions and created an extra folder (xml) with the mods in there... nothing. does these mods only work with a new game?
I'm going to have a play round and see if I can get anything to work.

silly me! Just got mods to work because I didn't read the INFO right!
the XML folder needs to be in the gamedata\data folder. I put it in the gamadata folder.
Now building huge rebel fleet! Thanks to whoever did this.. much kudos and brownie points to them!
