Oh man this is a really, really tough question....but here goes.
Kotor I: Darth Revan

Close Canadates in no particular order would be Malak, Carth, Canderous(Mandalore), Calo Nord, HK-47, Darth Sion, Atton, Jolee Bindo....there's probley more just can't remember, that's a tough, tough question, it'd be like asking your parents to choose their favorite child....p.s. can't wait for Knights III, probley Christmas 2007....

for the 1st one i like Jolee, Juhani and from the second i love handmaiden and atton because they can become jedi. if u didnt kno that look for cheats and you will find out how to make them jedi.
